In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

A contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order by email confirmation or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are final prices under German law.
No VAT is charged due to small business status (§ 19 UStG).

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment methods available are shown during the ordering process.

5. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

As our products are handmade and produced individually upon order, processing times may vary. Estimated delivery times are stated on the product page.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you notify us.

  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than standard delivery), within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

7. STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS

Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under German law.

The limitation period for defect claims is two years from delivery of the goods.

As the products are handmade individual pieces, slight variations in color, fabric structure, or craftsmanship may occur. Such natural or production-related variations do not constitute a defect.

No liability is accepted for damages resulting from:

  • Improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • External influences

  • Failure to follow care instructions

A voluntary commercial guarantee is not provided.

9.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of LES CHOQUES and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. GOVERING LAW

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
