Widerrufsrecht
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
All Les Choques pieces are made to order and available only in small, limited quantities per design; therefore, exchanges cannot be offered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
